Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr, MBE is an Irish musician, singer and songwriter. Corr began her career in 1990 as a member of The Corrs, a Celtic rock and pop group The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr, an Irish singer, musician and songwriter is one of the Corrs. Andrea Corr was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was conferred upon her and she is also well-known as the leader of the Celtic Folk-Pop-Rock group The Corrs. She plays multiple musical instruments and is the singer for the group The Corrs. Andrea began her career as an actress in the year 1991. Later, she became an actor and musician. Andrea was voiced by the character of The Quest for Camelot, a Warner Bros. cartoon film that was released in 1998. Andrea's work as an artist is multifaceted. Additionally, Andrea has been awarded for her humanitarian work. Andrea is the wife of her stockbroker partner and has two kids. Andrea's first lesson in music was to learn the Tin Horn. Gerry taught her to play piano. Andrea is able to play the ukulele. Her teenage years were spent polishing her music skills. The first time she began to practice was with her siblings, and then became the lead singer in the band. Andrea attended 'Dun Lughaidh Convent as a child and frequently was a part of school productions.
